Frequently asked questions.
Here are the top questions our clients ask before getting started.
What is eInvoicing?
It’s a structured digital version of an invoice that’s shared directly between a supplier and a buyer, then reported electronically to the UAE Federal Tax Authority. It’s important to know PDFs, Word documents, images, emails or scanned copies of paper invoices are NOT eInvoices.
What is Casim Studio™?
An eInvoicing platform built entirely on AI providing a simple and trustworthy connection through the Peppol network. Faster, smarter and designed for the new UAE 2026 regulations.
How does Casim work?
Upload your first invoice. Casim turns it into an eInvoice and sends via Peppol. Casim learns, verifies and predicts what comes next. From then on, invoicing is no longer admin, it’s automatic. Our software easily integrates with your ERP system, QuickBooks, Xero, or you can use our web interface. See the step-by-step guide to how it works here. How it Works
Can Casim integrate with our ERP system?
Yes. Casim Connect provides plug-and-play connectors for SAP, Oracle, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Xero and any system with an API. For complex multi-system environments, our engineering team supports integration design and certification testing directly.
What does the Casim API support?
The Casim API accepts invoices in any format, PDF, XML, CSV, images and returns validated, PINT-AE compliant eInvoices via the Peppol network with FTA reporting included. We supports high-volume serverless workloads, real-time webhooks, and is available with sandbox access for testing before go-live.
